All of our jewelry is made either by us or by people we know. Our materials, both stones and metals, are chosen for each piece of jewelry based on the visual, tactile, and metaphysical aspects of both the stones and metals.
We use many of the more popular reference materials to make these choices, as well as our own intuition based on many years of experiences, both our own and others passed on to us by our clients and friends. While jewelry is purchased ostensibly as decorative and investment property, it is a fact that human individuals actually buy what they want or need when they want or need it. We believe this selection is based to a great extent on the metaphysical properties of the stones.
This belief is based on our many years of dealing with gems and crystals, as well as on the many experiences our friends and clients have shared with us. While most of these experiences have been of a metaphysical nature, including general feelings of confidence and well-being, vivid dreaming, unusual intuitive experiences, etc.; we have also experienced and heard of many physical experiences, including instances of spontaneous rectification of physical pains and other ailments, sensitivity to the peizo electric charge in some crystals, and the benficial use of crystal layouts.
Therefore, we buy stones and other materials only from people we know and trust. We never knowingly buy stones or materials from any source we suspect of using coercive, illegal or other questionable mining or cutting practices. Thus, there are some stones that we avoid due to the negative energy related to their mining and processing. You will see no diamonds or tanzanites here.
All of our gem crystal jewelry is cleared of negative metaphysical energy both before and after we actually put the piece together. Any piece that leaves our possession during the process for things like plating or repolishing is cleared again once we get it back from the outside. This process leaves the piece with only the energies inherent in the stones and metals themselves.
On our jewelry pages we offer some metaphysical alternatives to the more costly stones recommended in certain disciplines, such as Vedic astrology or Jyotish. It is our intention to provide the best possible quality gems and crystals at the most reasonable prices. If you do not see what you are looking for please ask us.
